Issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Items purchased during special sales with free product offers, like BOGO, are ineligible for returns. However, in exceptional cases, replacements or returns may be accepted at our discretion. In such cases, the refund will be issued as store credit.
Quality checks will be performed before the return is initiated to ensure fair and smooth returns.
Items must be returned in their original condition. If a return is received damaged, missing parts, or with a compromised box, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense (Rs. 150 shipping fee)
Sealed items are also eligible for returns within the return window as long as the seal is not opened. Once the seal is opened, they become ineligible for return.

For returns initiated due to a change of mind or any reason other than a defect, a reverse shipment fee of Rs 150 will be deducted from the refund amount.
